FEE SCHEDULE
BUSINESS MEDIATION
All Business Mediations are done on a flat fee of $200 per hour. Parties will arrange how payment will be made at the beginning of mediation.
FAMILY MEDIATION
The categories of Family Mediation include the following:
1. Separation and/or Divorce 2. Custody, Visitation and/or Child Support
3. Parent/Teen 4. Sibling
5. Extended Family
Fees are computed on a sliding scale based upon either individual or family gross annual income, as appropriate for the situation. The charge for Parent/Teen mediations will be a one-time flat fee based on the scale below rather than an hourly rate. Children under the age of sixteen (16) are exempt from payments UNLESS a payment becomes a part of the agreement. Multi-family/Group mediation, depending upon circumstances, will normally be $75.00 per hour with a maximum rate of $100.00 per hour.
All fees are due at the end of each mediation session.
